THÔNG BÁO VỀ CHÍNH SÁCH MIỄN THỊ THỰC VÀ THAY ĐỔI CỔNG THỊ THỰC ĐIỆN TỬ
Đại sứ quán Việt Nam tại Cuba trân trọng thông báo đến công dân các nước liên quan và cộng đồng người nước ngoài về chính sách miễn thị thực cùng thay đổi cổng thông tin cấp thị thực điện tử như sau:
1. Chính sách miễn thị thực cho công dân 12 nước:
- Ngày 07/3/2025, Chính phủ Việt Nam ban hành Nghị quyết số 44/NQ-CP về việc miễn thị thực cho công dân các nước: Đức, Pháp, Italia, Tây Ban Nha, Anh, Nga, Nhật Bản, Hàn Quốc, Đan Mạch, Thụy Điển, Na Uy và Phần Lan.
- Công dân các nước trên được phép nhập cảnh Việt Nam không cần thị thực với thời hạn tạm trú 45 ngày, không phân biệt loại hộ chiếu hoặc mục đích nhập cảnh, đáp ứng đủ điều kiện nhập cảnh theo quy định của Việt Nam.
- Chính sách có hiệu lực từ 15/3/2025 đến 14/3/2028 và sẽ được xem xét gia hạn.
2. Cập nhật cổng thị thực điện tử mới
- Cục Quản lý Xuất nhập cảnh (Bộ Công an) chính thức triển khai cổng thị thực điện tử mới tại địa chỉ:

- Cổng mới cung cấp nhiều tiện ích, hỗ trợ người nước ngoài đăng ký thị thực trực tuyến nhanh chóng và thuận tiện.

ANNOUNCEMENT ON VISA EXEMPTION POLICY AND NEW E-VISA PORTAL
The Embassy of Vietnam in Cuba would like to announce the following updates regarding visa exemptions and changes to the e-visa portal:
1. Visa Exemption for Citizens of 12 Countries:
- On March 7, 2025, the Vietnamese Government issued Resolution No. 44/NQ-CP, granting visa exemption to citizens of Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the UK, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
- Citizens of the aforementioned countries may enter Vietnam without a visa for a 45-day stay, regardless of passport type or purpose of entry, provided they meet all entry requirements under Vietnamese law.
- The policy is effective from March 15, 2025, to March 14, 2028, with potential extensions under review.
2. New E-Visa Portal
- The Immigration Department (Ministry of Public Security) has launched a new e-visa portal at:

- The updated portal offers enhanced features to streamline online visa applications for foreigners.

COMUNICADO SOBRE LA EXENCIÓN DE VISA Y EL NUEVO PORTAL DE VISADO ELECTRÓNICO
La Embajada de Vietnam en Cuba se complace en informar sobre la exención de visa y los cambios en el portal de visado electrónico:
1. Exención de Visa para Ciudadanos de 12 Países:
- El 7 de marzo de 2025, el Gobierno de Vietnam emitió la Resolución No. 44/NQ-CP, que exime de visa a ciudadanos de Alemania, Francia, Italia, España, Reino Unido, Rusia, Japón, Corea del Sur, Dinamarca, Suecia, Noruega y Finlandia.
- Los ciudadanos de estos países pueden ingresar a Vietnam sin visa por un período de 45 días, independientemente del tipo de pasaporte o propósito del viaje, siempre que cumplan con los requisitos de entrada según la ley vietnamita.
- La política estará vigente desde el 15 de marzo de 2025 hasta el 14 de marzo de 2028, con posibles prórrogas en revisión.
2. Nuevo Portal de Visado Electrónico
- El Departamento de Inmigración (Ministerio de Seguridad Pública) ha lanzado un nuevo portal de visado electrónico en:

- El portal ofrece funciones mejoradas para agilizar las solicitudes de visa en línea para extranjeros.
